When it comes to fully and firmly integrating change initiatives over the long term, both management and leadership face special challenges: It’s their task to integrate the new roles and processes within the organization, to establish management teams, to get employee support for smooth, consistent implementation, to convert resistance into an opportunity to fine-tune the change process and to implement the resulting change in daily business activities. We’ll work with you on what really matters in your company in order to have the implementation succeed and we’ll help create the necessary prerequisites to achieve that end. This also includes consistently evaluating the change process and building change competence.
