Leadership Development

We view leadership development as a combination of individual development, further development of management teams and organizational education covering the leadership team (the “leadership community”). The interplay of assessment, support and challenge is the reciprocal basis for effective learning and the core of our approach, which is constantly kept in alignment with the respective company strategy. Every management level requires different skill sets and capabilities, all of which must be integrated in the leadership development program (the “leadership pipeline”).
