Future with imagination`` was for me an experience of ``state of the art and beyond``. I was impressed by Barbara Heitger's mix of openness and sustainable solution orientation. She and her team succeeded in two days to really ignite the potentials of the group. Therefore, the professional design of the process with the participants was as much a highlight for me as the theses on ``Strategy Change Leadership - Reloaded`` and the practical work in groups. Personally, I felt confirmed in allowing more diversity and challenging my students to look beyond the garden fence.
In addition, the preparation was top notch: the documents, the theses and the expert panel. The team of consultants was very professional and competent, in addition to being open and simply brilliant in their moderation. They succeeded in creating a space for us participants in which we could get involved and from which we could take something away at the same time. In the discussions with customers and partners of Heitger+, I found 'like-minded people' - you could just feel that there was a good relationship of trust.
The ideas platform made me think a lot and motivated me to think again in larger dimensions in terms of ``break-through`` improvements. I feel personally enriched.-

The structure of the three-day camp was interesting, very intense and entertaining. I can't remember coming out three-day seminar so energized and motivated .
Being able to implement and apply the theory from the base camps directly in the boot camps was very helpful in solidifying the knowledge.
The highlight for me was the opportunity to share. Be it at the marketplaces, where I could get tips and tricks from already very experienced users of agile methods, or simply chatting with like-minded people during a break.
A successful Agile Camp that I look forward to continuing.-

Finding acceptance in the 'biotope' of researchers and developers is challenging. They succeeded well. Further, because they didn't just want to push their concepts through - no consulting phrases (to which my team and I are strongly allergic), but an uncanny flexibility to take up topics spontaneously and use existing energies. The agenda was changed 'on the run' as needed, which is something I have never experienced before. Accordingly, the product was not a consultant product, but a Merz product.
They challenged us 'athletically'. Our collaboration was one of the best consulting projects I have ever experienced - and I have been in the business for over 20 years.-

A key result of our cooperation was that we now take more time in the initial phase of projects to think about the project scope and ask many more questions early on.
